Residential Subdivision Financing
Acquisition and development financing is available in tandem with construction for qualified builders.
Our financing programs are targeted to single family and attached projects from 5 to 100 units. The term is the lesser of the project build-out or 24 months. Longer-term projects will be considered if they can be developed in phases.
Projects should have preliminary plan approval for subdivision, free of environmental issues, clear title and unrestricted availability of all necessary public utilities.
